Health 1500 was a great class in which I can acquire knowledge on how to keep the human body maintained in all dimensions of health. In this class I learned about the dimensions of health and their importance in life, how to maintain a healthy mind and body as well as the fact that there are other substances that contradict keeping the human body healthy; how to prevent those substances from affecting my own. The files that I have uploaded are research and opinion papers that I have written which help me better understand all the dimensions of health which allow me to maintain my own health throughout my life.
